I lead strategy for the Facebook Careers website, from start to finish. My work includes visual & interaction design, art direction, and partnership with cross-functional teams such as engineering, research, data insights, and product management to deliver delightful candidate experiences.

Improving job application flow & launch mobile applications
Job filtering expanded to include all Facebook company brands, including Facebook App, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus, Workplace, Portal, & Calibra
Visual design changes to align website to new Facebook company brand, including the new Facebook logo and color palette
Streamlined design layout for all job descriptions
Improved job search functionality, including search algorithms and filtering
Interactive maps, showcasing global, regional, and neighborhood-level views for all 80+ offices

Site-wide Search functionality – keyword search that returns relevant content across jobs, blogs, location pages, and more
