Website Typography
In November 2019, Facebook announced a new company brand. The updated brand included a bespoke typeface called Optimistic. To align our employer brand with the Facebook company brand, we launched a site-wide update to the typography styles used.

The Challenge
Continue to communicate the Facebook company employer brand and its place within the company brand architecture on our largest digital channel, the Facebook Careers website.
The System
A new typography system was designed for clarity, in alignment with the typography styles used on the Facebook company website, about.fb.com, as well as Facebook Newsroom.
