Employment branding provides Red Hat with ways to share authentic, and sometimes complex, stories of what its like to work at an open source company with unique culture and work environment with job candidates.

> The Challenge

Design materials across channels that support and increase visibility of the Red Hat employment brand globally and fit within Red Hat's corporate brand framework. Partner with writers, social media experts, event planners, project managers, program stakeholders, recruiters, developers, video producers, and end users to gather requirements, understand job candidate's goals and motivations, and use that information to inform design solutions.

I've created promotional materials, social media assets, and branded event experiences; along with working on brand strategy, to tell complex stories that reinforce and grow the Red Hat employment brand. Other designed materials I've created include printed pieces, digital assets, signage, swag items, videos, t-shirts, and even food trucks! My role is to focus on the job candidates' experience with the Red Hat employment brand and give them an authentic and engaging experience that makes them want to work at Red Hat.
